What a great color on this awesome truck. I had a 48 for a short time, 4 speed with really low first gear. Whoever rebuilt this one just did a great job. It is an eye catcher !
I luv the truck. I realize it’s been hot rodded but personally, I’d have to put in a period correct steering wheel. Something about it just throws off the classic look of the interior.
Not Chevy fan but this one is a beauty! Nicely done. Impressive, most Impressive! Brings to mind Jonathan Ward's "ICON" Thrift Master. BUT WAY less expensive. Thanks for posting!

It nice, but I'm actually looking for one that's all original. Straight six with column shift, kick starter in the floor and all. I learned to drive on a 53 like that.
Nice looking truck. But without the chassis being done it'll ride and drive like a farm truck. I would t mind having it if I could afford a new chassis.
