My first small displacement two stroke british bike i bought. Had this bike for more than 25 years. This little 2 speed james has a villiers 98 cc and has some unique features including a 2 speed gear change lever on the handlebars. This bike is the one that started my british bike collecting.

I have a 1949 Famous James 98 cc. I live in Medicine Hat. It runs and drives. I still need to source a front Brake cable. But it’s such a cool bike.

Hi, been riding 60+ years. The little PUCH 50cc was the most reliable little bike I ever seen.Im playing with 2 strokes on Bicycle frames. 4 stroke too. There just fun.

Watching your video I just couldn’t recall mine having an external flywheel, then I see later in the video you show one with an internal flywheel with a cover over it. When I got mine that cover had about an inch long crack at the bottom of it. The guy said that can’t be fixed. Well I fixed it! Took off that single seat and made a double one!

@@donaldparthenay4267lots of people don't understand how these flywheels are removed. the nut acts as a puller and to set the flywheel in position. its quite interesting set up. some people try and use a puller on them and that leads to damage to the flywheel.
