1949 Harley Davidson Flathead 45CI start and demonstration 

Beautiful job restoring the WL , IMO the WL chassis is the most aesthetic motorcycle made, wish someone made a kit so I could put my buell blast engine in one & have a proper HD. Wishing you many years of safe & fun riding

The knob is a fuel valve. When unscrewed it is in normal open position, when pulled up it is in a reserve position.

Hi im new to harley's, what is that nob on the left side of the gas tank you pulled used for?

had a 43 flat head...
