Cambiar el motor, las ruedas, el timón, las luces... nuevos.... NO TIENE MÉRITO. Lo aplaudible es REPARAR el motor y dejarlo a punto. Mantener el tipo de llantas y neumáticos. Y todo los otros elementos, consiguiendo un resultado fiel a lo original.

I don't believe you have a '53 there. That's a '54 grille. I'll be a bit of a dick here, now. That is not a "restoration". To restore means you make it back whatbit originally was. You did not "restore" the vehicle. You changed it. You made it a "restomod" or whatever folks like to call it these days. It's a bad-ass ride but, it is NOT "restored". Great work!
53-55 were the best F110s. I was never crazy about the 56. This is really nice work. Personally, I would have kept it a little closer to stock, but this is a great custom and looks like quite a cruiser. Thanks for the rescue. Wish we could have seen more of the body work in process.
I bought a 55 four years ago and started working on it again. I bought a 01 Cobra motor like yours as I havnt seen anyone have one till now. I have air ride on my but have you had any issues using the stick frame , and did you have to notch the oil pan to make room because of the mustang II being in the way ?
there was a guy that lived by me that had one of these old fords think it was a 54 but the body on it was in very good condition still had a flat head in it all original and he took it in for scrap i could not believe it . i would have give him the money plus a little more still would have been dirt cheap
Sorry, it's not a restoration just another modern day hot rod. A restoration would have been putting a flat head V-8 or that straight six back in it and making it look and drive like it did in '53.
