Showing how I would mark and drill for under taillight V8 emblems for a 55 Chevy car. Had a subscriber ask for a measurement so I did a video. This is how I do mine.
Nice tip. That's a good one to know. When I did mine in the late 70s, I could not find any information on it and was not going to buy the body shop manual. I went to another 55 at a show and talked to the owner then used a cigarette package as a reference tool since, who carries a tape measure to a car show? It's close now I am going to measure mine and see how close I came. I used my Eye-crometer and yep it looks close.
