Nice truck. Great detail. A truck for a 13th birthday gift that actually get's finished, wow. Got to hand it to Dustin for being so determined, focused and following through on this project. Nice job.
My buddy bought a 56 that he was supposed to build as nice as this one but life happened to him he got married and divorced and now it is an abandoned project. Very nice truck!
As you already know I'm a Mopar guy, But I'll admit the 56 Ford is one of my favorite body designs. The wrap around wind shield totally changed the look of the truck. I'm still searching for any footage of that lime green 57 D100 lol. Take care and thanks for the videos.
HEY SCOTTIE I'VE READYNG A LOT OF CLASSIC TRUCKS MAGAZINES AND I NOTICED THAT MOST CLASSIC FORD TRUCKS & MERCURY CARS THEY PUT CHEVY & GM ENGINES AND ALL AGREED THAT IS BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY DEPENDABLE AND RELIABLE
More true back in the day then now...The real reason was because there are so many and parts are easy to find for them...that also makes them cheaper to buy...Now if you want to do it right,,,,Ford in a Ford...Chevy is a Chevy...A HEMI in anything..lol
I am starting a 56 Ford F100 Big Window project and looking to build a 460 based big cubic inch motor with EFI stack injection. Any chance to actually view this beauty? It’s worth a trip to Indiana to look at it if at all possible??
I'm speechless that truck is incredible you just can't beat a Ford I am truly speechless that's one of the best trucks I've ever seen and I seen plenty Ford first on race day fast on race day and last but not least ferocious on race day no to bitten junk Chevrolet
