If the button is connected to the mag but it didn`t kill the engine check the earth carbon behind the screw on the right hand side of the mag at the top.I just had the same problem ! I filed one out of a carbon brush for a drill that was sitting in my tool box -takes about 10 mins.Braw bike you have
