Love the vehicles of that era! Although I wasn't born yet, we went on a family vacation in 1967 and I remember Disneyland Hotel looking like that & it was a big deal that we stayed there. After that trip, we stayed at budget hotels, great memories, very nostalgic.
I love all vintage Disneyland videos. I’ve taken my family twice to DL hotel and most recently the Grand Californian hotel, and numerous budget hotels across the street. It’s all been wonderful every trip, but staying at the original DL park (main tower both times too) was just perfect and so thankful our two kids were able to experience it. Thanks for this video!
I went to Disneyland in 1975 and I remembered that sign. I loved the way that sign looked. I was a little disappointed in 2003 when they changed the style of that sign through some photos my Aunt took during her first time visit, there.
