My dad had one of those in 59 when he married mom,but it was a convertible and 4 barrel carb. He out ran a guy in a 58 Impala with tri-power. Everyone in town was talking about it. 😅
Those were great times for young teens & fast cars. I owned Buicks with dynaflow so I didn’t race. Couldn’t outrun the Olds & Caddy with the V8 and hydramatic😂
My dad also had a ‘57. He was stationed at Hunter AFB (Savannah, Ga) in the early ‘60s. He used to take me with him early Sunday mornings to blow the carbon out after mom having driven it all week. 😂

Second comment . Didnt notice the color. I painted my 75 Harley the same colors and I had a 79 Ford F150 ranger painted the same. And now I really do see my dream car. Wow
Wow what a car stunning, design superb, gourgeus pontiac from the batcave 🦇 thanks Jay grams president of volo auto museum and russel for perfect photografy from tom your friend now and always 😊😊😊
I noticed the generator upgrade to alt... nice! But have the wipers been upgraded to electric? Is that an electric wiper motor right behind the tri-power?
This Pontiac has so much more over a same year Bel Air. Don’t get me wrong, I love the Bel Air, but it doesn’t have the personality that 57 Star Chief has.
Please tell Caleb that life is full of ups and downs, don’t let this what ever it is define the rest of your life your young keep trying and my thoughts and prayers are with you always.
