I have a beautiful Pv 444 1947 . The whole interior is restored by a pro . And the car is black in very good shape. I'm sorry for my bad English, best regards from Stefan Hedin in Laponia in north Sweden 🇸🇪
What's really special about this one is that it's the last modellyear of the 444, with the B16 engine (which debuted in the Amazon), indicator lenses on the front besides the grill, and "V" on the grille. Modelyear after this one became the 544.
What does the V stand for? This was usually used on "US/Canadian" brands (Big-3, etc.) that had standard 6-cyl & optional V-8. It's a LH drive - didn't Sweden drive RH until '67?
I've been searching for an "organ" grille which was a one year one piece(1956) for a long long time. I have an either Texas or California, 1956 pv444k and I'm the third owner. Would you have any leads on where I could find one? It would be used as they are not reproduced. Thanks
