Episode 4 of the Best jeeps features a Ford GPW....We finally find one after months on the hunt...This one I would say is approximately 90% there, few things missing, but still a FORD GPW.
The highlight was the other two beauties - an automatic Chevy Impala 1959 with Blood Red leather interior and those legendary wings from Hyderabad State. The black and Red combination just looks so RICH and car is in mint condition, restored to the T, the engine just roars.
The second one from Jhabua State - a 1931 Packard, apparently the only one in India and in my view beats a lot of Rolls that i have seen. Immaculate is an understatement for this car, its just stunning, the restoration work took 3 full years.
Once again hats off to the restorer and passionate collector - Mr Sukhwant Singh Babbar and his team...We will be bringing you more stallions from his stable very soon...
