Been doing vintage karting for over 20 years .. this is a FANTASTIC kart, in restoration and heritage. Micky's kart, wow!! That carb set up is amazing, never seen one run like that, so cool!!
My memory of Dart Kart 1959 had a round gas tank mounted between the frame rails behind the seat so low that it come down almost to the track. it was about 5 inch in diameter.
Do any of these carts have disc brakes , any brakes up front? I am thinking off road capabilities but not for speed , just stability . A flatter than quad / trike is what will fit inside the van and significatly lighter.
DON"T extend it, wil ruin the value. Your knees are supposed to be in your face when driving these older karts, that's how ya stay in it when turning. I've seen people extend them, and make them hard to drive.
@@KrustyKlown Im not worried about the value unless we were talking 1000s. I already considered the handling and decided against it. Its not the karts fault its mine for getting old and fat lol. Althought I do seem to fit on my mcculloch f1 a lot easier.
