This is what I enjoy the most about collecting and learning about watches. These pieces are works of precision and elegant yet not blinged out to the point they are gaudy or ridiculous! The meticulous attention Nate gives every movement as in the case of this one is inspiring! Attention to details, appreciation of a quality beautiful piece such as this as well as the skill of a craftsman honing the piece back to it's glory is amazing. Nate you are an inspiration I enjoyed this one and look forward in anticipation to many more fine builds from you and your channel!!

Nice job. I just bought one of these from the 1940s and in excellent condition. I might just open the back to take a tentative peek at the movement but I aint messing with this one. I've already killed 2 mechanicals.😆

Shot from above would be nice, for those of us interested in distance learning. Keep up the good work.

I have a similar movement to a Tudor big rose. The movement however doesn't look anything like that as it was left in water and every screw and gear turned to rust and mush. It's in pieces and needs half replacing anyways. if you want to have a crack tell me your charges.

Nice video! I have a question regarding the operation of the watch: if you wind the movement all the way until the end, can you still screw down the crown? Thanks
