The Jeep looks fantastic! I sure hope you got what you were asking for it. For all intents and purposes it is a brand new 1962 Jeep. I know I'd sure be proud to own such a rig.
Que maravilla, recuerdo que en 1968 teniendo yo unos 10 años en mi ciudad Melilla (España), ciudad del norte de Africa, había uno de estos en versión familiar. Está como nuevo. Felicitaciones
Absolutely fantastic! You certainly are a master craftsman. My pop had a 62 Jeep. He bought it without a bed. He retrofitted a 1931 Model A dump assembly onto a homemade bed. We kids would love it when he’d raise that bed so we could use it as a slide. When the engine went, he installed a 1958 Corvette engine that we had stored in the backyard. He also added a snow plow. Wonderful memories of my Pop and his Willys. ✝️💖
Por arriba eximido, por debajo en "EL CHASIS" descuidaron detalles cerca del Cluch y además el soporte de las Ballestas o resortes, 15/20 ptos. no corran an final.
Wow, yours is beautiful. I had a ‘48 , same truck . Loved it, still miss it. Mine had the box heater under the dash. My engine comp, well let’s just say it didn’t look like yours. I had the original 4 cylinder flat head. The only thing it couldn’t do was anything over 50 on the interstate.
Not every Willys pickup had the W in the cenotaph the tail gate or the Willys in the center of the tail gate. I collect them and I actually prefer the plain version of the tailgate like this has. I don’t know what they used different tailgates possibly it was what was available at the time. I have a 1962 pickup with 27,000 actual miles on it and I think the paint color is called ocean green a much pretty green than this one. Plus I prefer the off white wheels that go with my green and off white two tone. But to each their own but this Willys was done right for sure. Thank You
Why can’t you ever put how much you’re asking for it? I see all the things for sale on RU-vid but there’s never a price I never know how much they sell it for how much they got for it.
Does it have bluetooth and a backup camera? My father had a Jeep truck. Traveled many miles bumping up and down 4x4 roads on the western slope of Colorado. Fond memories of that old Jeep and Dad.
En mi país, Argentina, se llamaba Baqueano, en la familia tuvimos uno con motor continental 226 de 6 cil eran indestructibles, una gran camioneta y una excelente restauración
Even with the simple mods it looks great. The only thing I would have done in addition to the current mods is to add the AMC 4.0 lr ohc six, or the Chrysler twin ohc six. But, maybe that would be too modern for the theme truck. Great build, thanks for posting and sharing!
To spend that much money restoring, I would not have left that engine in it. They are short on horsepower and not a good reliable engine. I've had four of these trucks.
