Very nice looking Healey. If he can make those louvers functional , that Ford 5.0 would be a very happy motor. I grew up with that chassis as the Fox Body Mustang 83’. Take those accolades from other convertibles. Great work.
Marc, First of all thank you so very much for watching my videos and subscribing to my channel I truly appreciate it. My intention for the videos is to allow "ordinary" people who love cars an opportunity to speak about their car and why that car means so much to them. That is a great suggestion by the way and would certainly help.
Would make a nice daily cruiser during the warmer months and look really nice in the garage sitting next a Superformance Shelby Cobra weekend cruiser. I love both of those.
User, First of all thank you so very much for watching my videos and subscribing to my channel I truly appreciate it. My intention for the videos is to allow "ordinary" people who love cars an opportunity to speak about their car and why that car means so much to them. I like the idea and it would be cool to have both.. Sorta like Yin and Yan.
just needs the beautiful walnut wood dash of the 1967 Big Healey and the boot for the convertible top, hood vents?, excess wheel flares? a bit of Shelby Cobra but better looking. Fake or "real" wire wheels OK - the 1967 real ones could not take really hard braking - snap crackle and pop. Wider Yes. You have a beauty, have fun. I had a lot of fun "racing" my 1967 in the Colorado mountains.
James, wow.. you certainly make us a little envious as you drive through the mountains.. enjoy! Great comments on the Healey too.. I also wanted to take a moment to personally thank for watching my videos and subscribing to my channel I truly appreciate it. As you may have seen in my videos that my intention is to showcase not only the beautiful car and really give the owner of the car (the caretaker as Jay Leno rightly says) the opportunity to share their story, love and passion for their car. Thanks again Kevin.
Joan, First of all thank you so very much for watching my videos and subscribing to my channel I truly appreciate it. My intention for the videos is to allow "ordinary" people who love cars an opportunity to speak about their car and why that car means so much to them. After all we are all the "caretakers"of our cars (as Jay Leno rightly says). You are do right. The owner is just a wealth of knowledge and so kind amd humble.
Great question.. I would have to pass that to the owner. Beautiful MG. Nice kit car too. Nicely done and I'm sure it's fun to work on. I've got a 1969 Triumph TR6 so I understand the desire and fun factor. Thanks

I hear you. The Healey is just an iconic design and so sought after and very very expensive. So the replica is a great option.. beautiful design with some modern elements too.

He certainly is and such a wealth of knowledge about just about everything.
Rick, I was wondering if it was on a Mustang Powertrain? This is a classic Roadsters Sebring mx. It is actually a custom built frame, built by classic Roadsters. Drive train on mine is from a 1988 mustang GT 5.0 5 speed. Front suspension is from a1980 Merc Bobcat, with Rackand pinion steering.
