1965 Triumph T20 Tiger Cub 200cc at Andy Tiernans  

I bought the Tiger Cub new in 1965, it was my first motor bike and I still have it covered by blankets in my garage.

One of the best British bikes ever made.

Handsome cub. I loved my '67 one and could surprise some other riders particularly on twisty back roads. It punched well above it's weight.

I had a cub fitted with an Excelsior 250cc two stroke twin

Very nice. Has a niche of its own.

Never could bring myself to like the Triumph Cub! I know they're popular but I just can't understand why! I'd rather have a BSA 250 any day. Or even a 250 two-stroke of some description.

Mikuni carb? And is that piston slap I hear?
