Outstanding! ‘66 has always been my favorite. ‘67 is 2nd on my favorites list. It’s immaculate and looks new. A lot of love this car has had. Thanks for a great trip down memory lane.
That is my dream car!!! It's perfect!!! I love the color! It is the best '66 that I have EVER SEEN!!! CONGRATULATIONS on possessing such a beautiful piece of history!!!
Good Lord that car is stunning! Every once in a great while you stumble upon a ride that just leaves you awestruck and speechless as you marvel over its beauty. This is one of those rides.
I bought a 66ss new. Maroon with a black vinyl top. Bench seats with a four speed. Posi rear end. Sold it when I got married in 1970. The marriage has been great ( 50 years) but I still miss it.
This is my dream car. Everything about it is how I would want it to be; right color, manual 4 speed, 396 SS, etc...only question is whether it's a 138 vin. or not. My guess is yes.
LP&S Woodworking , it has the 136 dash gauges , not 138 super sport , I have both a true 138 super sport and 136 Malibu and it also has after market steering wheel
@@jimthomas777 That is the OPTIONAL factory N34 'wood' steering wheel. The U14 instrument (gauges) package was OPTIONAL and available on sport coupes & convertibles only - no "136" gauges - they were the same as 138s.
David Armstrong , the 136 dash gauges were large gas gauge , no oil gauge , just light on 136 Malibu , and 136 Malibu had clock , 138 dash gauges had gas gauge , oil pressure gauge , battery gauge , temperature gauge , had clock sometimes in console , so the Malibu dash gauges was totally different than the Super Sport
