Here's my new ride, a 1966 Pontiac Bonneville 4-Door. The car came to Sweden late August 2016. Sold new on January 16, 1966 at Wallace Motors in Salisbury, NC. The first owner M.D Fesperman kept it until 1987 when he traded it in for a new Bonneville Safari. Then the cars whereabouts is unknown until it showed up in Syracuse, NY, 2016 where I bought it. It has 87,000 miles on the odometer.

What a beautiful car. Way back in the 1980s I had one of these, not nearly in this good of condition. Mine was what you call good everyday driver quality. Mine was the same shade of green, with green interior. I paid a whopping $125 for it. 421 CID V8 four barrel carb T H 400 automatic. That was back in the time when America still built real cars

I used to have a 1966 Pontiac Bonneville 4-door hardtop. That was virtually identical to this one. Mine wasn't quite as cherry as this one though. I hope it is the one I had fully restored.

Your car is beautiful! Same model year as me! My aunt had a '66 sedan, very much like yours. Off White color, black vinyl top. 389 two barrel. Man, did it go down the road nice! I turned 16 in '82, and had a chance to buy it for $800.00 U.S.D., which was a fair chunk. I liked it, but I liked a new Yamaha SECA 750 more! No regrets, but I think about that car often.

Beautiful car! I hope that you still have it. I saw that your blog name refers to a '63 GP. My husband had one back in the 60s.

Love the look of those tail lights. 40 years ago I used to own a Pontiac EXACTLY like it. That one could be my old Pontiac all restored, Ya just never know ❓❓❓

The U.S full size Pontiacs, were Real Pontiacs, not just a rebadged Chevrolet, in other Countries.

Sonny Haskins It might be, it's just a question of how much you are willing to pay for it.

i would pay a decent price for it, but not some god-awful price that the sellers wants because he thinks it is made out of pure gold !!!!!!!!!!!! i remember in 1964 you could buy a brand new 4 door sedan bonneville fully loaded for just a little over four thousand and five hundred dollars. listen to this one when it is started, it sounds terrible it has not been taken care of. when these cars were new, they ran quite and very smooth. this one sounds like it is on its last leg.. let me say to all the idiots in our world, these beautiful cars were not made to be hot-rods. if you want a hotrod , buy a new one today that is made out of flemsy plastic, glued together and some very very expensive computer chips thrown in for their god-awful prices today, then you can take that kind of embarrrasen trash out and stick your foot through the carburator and blow up one every 30 minutes and i won't say a word about it., but leave the good stuff alone !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! one day my wife and i was in a 40 mph speed zone and one care struck another car from behind and the car that was hit from behind had the whole bumper laying in this street. sorry guys, glue don't hold stuff together.. our auto industry has been hi-jacked and screwed up so bad all for the sake of a dollar. i saw a car blow a tire one day in a 55 mph zone and before the driver could get it off of the road, the tire beat the front right fender off of it.
