There was no handball according to the rules of 1966. Based on rules of today it might not count since the rule is, that if the hand is involved, it's automatically handball. But it's quite new rule that was not there 1966.

The ball was just over the line and it was known back then, but you have to see the high definition movie film from ground level looking straight along the line and not from an angle, which does exist but has rarely been shown in documentaries. You cannot make a decision based on the fuzzy black and white TV pictures that are always shown, as the image is just not clear enough.

Not at all, a no-goal and an illegal goal. Nothing to be proud of, and mainly a lot of bullying from the English at many levels, primarly on the pitch. There was no way for Germany to win in this context. Germany had the entire planet against her in those times and all decisions were always against them.

The second goal only happened because Germany were pushing to equalize as they were 3-2 down, if it were 2-2 that goal would not have happened.

That England won, was o.k. for me, but the fouth goal was not correct because there were fans on the pitch already. Can be seen in this video also.
