Bennett's Hot Rod Garage has successfully stripped, in just 4 days, Cindy's 67' Dodge Coronet, discovering that MOST of the car, including the ORIGINAL SEATS and FLOORS are still in excellent shape!
Check out the video and see what Bobby found in the seats!
The next step is the removal of the engine, which will be shown on the next episode!

At the end of your build if you have any leftover bags of bolts labeled will you be willing spell them?

Hi Jim great project! I came from Tony’s channel to see your work, looking forward to it. It’s interesting to hear the owner’s history of the car along the way, hints at why it survives the way it does, what happened to it, the positive/negative effects of the undercoating, that kind of stuff. Thanks for letting us in on all this part of your life and knowledge in these videos. 👍🏻

Thanks for dropping by. Tony's brilliant. Glad you enjoyed this and got so much out of it. We're excited to have you on the ride with us. It's a roller coaster of ups and downs for sure but worth every second.

Very clean car, and nicely optioned. The steering wheel horn ring is a 1966 part, not 1967. Could be correct for the car if it is an early build date, but probably changed when the car was nearly new cause someone wanted a full horn ring.

We will look into that, thanks for the tip. She just wants the car back the way it was 35 years ago

@@bennettshotrodgarageclassi7068 Pretty much non existent but that will mean that I'll have to ship em over or make it myself. Also starting out with a solid and pretty complete car helps alot.

Nice Triple black Coronet 500 ! What size engine is in this car? Talking about Barn Finds, ... I just acquired a '67 Coronet RT Black on Black 440 auto car. I have 3 GTX's and this is my first Coronet RT. It was nice to watch this before I started my RT restoration. Thanks. Dan

Please use plastic media to blast....low pressure (40psi) high volume (400 cfm) . That way it won’t warp

hi, ilive in mobile. i have 67 coronet 440 318 engine. mine is not as good as this one. but it is still solid. sadly after i bought my nissa p/u in 88. i parked it an it has taken a beating. it is under 2 car covers n in my carport. interior is shot. body has small rust holes. one in dog leg on driver side door. a strange leak under dash. when it rained water would drip on my foot. thus a small rust hold in floor. i am told it was from a factory thing when building the car, seems the dash and front compartment was not connedted well or soem thing of the sorts. engine has notrun in over 30 years, i have massive amount of spare parts from a 67 dodge 500. ibought at an police auction. . sadly the economy now prevents me from haveing it restored. so i will keep it from getting an y worse till ???

You are using the word comprise incorrectly; stick with words you know; using fancy words incorrectly will have an effect opposite of the intended one.
