I own a 95 model Roadking and I would like to have to set this kind of wheel crash guard on my bike. I need your personal suggestion and advise on that. 1. How comfortable and safe it is to ride with this crash guard? 2. Do I need to do extra laith work for setting this or how can be done easily on the bike ? 3. will it be tough to ride on offroad terrain ?
Standard bore size is 0. Standard means its 0. Anything above standard its not called standard anymore. Never sleeve the cylinder. Go for old bore. Performance of sleeve is not at all good. Find another bore and install it on the bike
Thank you. Pacco is more practical and trouble free. That is the only benefit. I feel on the jikov carburettor the motorcycle sounds better and has better riding experience. But then it has some issues like the shutter noise, etc
Jikov is worth getting for the crisp exhaust sound and perfect tuning. But if u ride your motorcycle alot then go for pacco or stick to vm. If you just ride occasionally the jikov is great.

Is it rare to have an unsleeved cylinder for yezdis and jawas , Is porting a thing for these bikes and and the piston and connecting rod available for these bikes
No. Cylinders are available not that difficult to find. Porting has been done in the past by big 2stroke fanatics but not anymore. They used to port roadking. Pistons and connecting rods are available but not OE. You will still find some old stock spares. Even aftermarket parts are great.
