'67 Cougar: My vote for the most underrated muscle car of them all. Have loved it since a girl I knew had one in the mid- to late-seventies. Hers was a cool shade of metallic green. Better than any Mustang.
I have a black 67 Coug also. Black is a perfect fit for the 67-68 Cougar. It makes their bodylines stand out, and reveals how much more distinguished a design the Cougar is compared to all the Mustangs out there.
I owned this car..Cragers and Black from 1976-1980.bot 4 $100. Took out dents etc.Took autobody in high school.Last saw 1 4 sale over $5,000.and 1980 seems like yesterday.I had a 383Plymouth Roadrunner also.Jacked up,Black with Cragers
@deftonesfan81 Brotha', you either want the '67 Cougar XR-7 or the '68 GTE. There were no GTEs in '67, except the XR-7S proto. Just trying to help you out with some info, for when you're ready to make your dream happen. Also, for the GTE there was both the 427, and later, the 428CJ package. Personally, I'd want the 427...
goodnight I have maverick with a stop so they left me some and here in Venezuela is not help or if they know where I can discover here in Venezuela was the agradezcoooo with all my heart.
Congrats. Great car man. The video is annoying to watch though. Hold the camera still. Your angles are eveywhere. No don't video the ground, the guy on the phone, the kid in the hat. Move slowly. Get everything in shot. Not just half a front end. Sorry to critisize but it was driving me nuts. Very cool car though.
