Jay, While my search continues for a drivers C2, this is clearly an outstanding survivor, and you've done it justice with your person test drive. Thank you always, Steven
Wow 😳 what a great survivor. The only time I saw one this nice was when my cousin bought a similar one brand new. I was only 12 then and he gave me a ride I'll never forget 😬
That's one of the first cars I fell in love with when I was young before I could drive, the 68-69 model years and also one of my favorite colors. I'm just shocked that this beauty has such a low price tag on it, that's a freaking bargain
Jay Gram prices his cars to sell. They're high-grade cars, too. If you want to pay more there's a bunch of price gougers out there. That's what you're probably used to.
It's beautiful in every way, but I'd like red stripe tires, they were an option for the 69's. To each his own of course, anyone would be lucky to get this car.
Please do us the favor of including the price in you videos. We shouldn't have to jump to your website and waste our time. List you price darnit so we know up front if it's within our budget. Makes sense to most of us.
We don't include it in the video because our policy is that after a vehicle sells, we long continue advertising the price. We believe after it sells, it is only the new owners business what they paid for their vehicle.
Blue 💎 Diamond from the batcave 🦇 🦇 USA muslce car the Best cars in the World thanks Jay grams president of volo auto museum and russel for perfect photografy from tom your friend now and always 😊😊😊😊😊
Just never quite agreed with the "Original" crowd. You're either buying the car to drive and enjoy or you're taking a risk on an investment. If you're going to drive the car, why on Earth would you allow yourself to drive a car that isn't in great shape? Those seats are hideous. The carpeting is worn and tattered. Just how BAD would the car have to be before you say to yourself, "this car is a pit and it needs some TLC." Original could mean the stuffing is falling out of the seats. Would that be OK? Everybody do whatever they want. If I'm going to get into a car and drive it, it's not going to look like this!!
It isn't always either or as far as driver or investment. I own a pretty fair collection of unmolested classic cars that are both investments and drivers. If one has a scratch in the paint or maybe a tear in the interior it goes with the territory when you drive cars that are all original. It has never stopped the judges at the car shows I enter them in from handing me my trophies. You say you don't quite agree with the crowd. I think that you may not really grasp the concept. Lastly, if someone threw you the keys to this car and told you it's yours for a week, it would come back with a lot more miles on it than when you took possession of it.
It's a way to scam people into thinking "original" cars in disrepair are somehow worth more than they are without actually having to do any work. No other cars go up in value if you choose not to maintain them. It's kind of psychotic if you think about it. Funny too how they allow some things to be unoriginal. Where's the factory installed oil/air filters? Threw them away, oops not original. Where's the original factory breaks? It's all made up hokey pokey.
If you say you may replace the top , why wouldn’t you have the front seat done by a professional? If it were mine I would put vintage air in and power brakes and have the clock fixed. He mentions the 6 grand freshing it up quite a few times and that means he will charge 20 grand to get his 6 back ❗️🇺🇸
