Wow I just found this with help from a visitor to our facebook page. This is a car that we restored for a customer a while back. It really was quite the project. Sometimes you get hold of a car that someone else has already taken a run at in an earlier restoration effort, this was one of those cars. It was rusted terribly and riddled with overlay patch efforts that were like band aids that helped the rust keep growing. We are proud of the car, the color was picked by the car's owner. Color code is ford UG, platinum pearl. It is a current color in Ford's lineup as of late 2000-teens. We have added tools and equipment since restoring this car and we will continue to add tools and processes for as long as we are in business, we are all about learning and improving, expanding our abilities as we go. These are all photos that I guess I shared on a Mustang forum as we were working on the car. The photo's make sense to me because I did the work and took the pictures, lol. But I suppose without narration, it may just come off as a mess of photos. If anyone has any questions about this particular car, products or processes used I'd be happy to answer. We are located in far northern MN. It was fun watching this photo compilation video, it brought back a bunch of memories. Dave Shaw Shaw Classic Autoworks

MAN. there was NOTHING left of this car! seems everywhere you looked - rust holes. this aint no "frame off restoration" it's a "frame restoration" lol. anybody else would've just made their own chassis.. wow. i've never seen rust repair like this! calling this "an art" is an understatement man.. BEAUTIFUL work (as always).

Блять, да у них так пол машины из новых штампованных запчастей собрано. А остальную часть просто повырезали проржавевшие дырочки и вварили квадратные залипушки - я так в детстве варил. Ебаный стыд.

Oh the critics! You didn't put a spot weld here; put too many there; didn't use original parts in the interior. Frankly who cares! This was one amazing restoration. The best year of the Mustang; glad it has a chance at a 2nd life.

I had decided to fix my cowl vents the same way. I am glad to see this so I get some confirmation that it will work fine without pulling the entire pieces.

A lot of hard work, amazing job! Some of that rusty metal looked like what came out of my 69 Mustang coupe.

is she genuine?i only ask,as there seem to be so many fakes around, not just Mach 1's,but GT500's.Hate the tin worm.I've just re-watched this, imo, needs Magnum 500 wheels, and the Mach 1 stripes.Other than that,as long as she's genuine and not just another 63A/B,it's probably worth upwards of $90k.

Good looking car. Those rims go on a 65-68. They don't look to bad though. Still would have went for some Magnum 500's.

GREAT build !! I'm about to buy Magnum 500 for my 69 Mach 1, are all your wheel 7", or do you have 8" rear? And what is your tire size?

I'm trying to put together the money over the next year or so to buy an old 69 Mustang I suppose it doesn't matter if I get a 70 they all pretty much looks the same but I do love 269 look with a double headlights I just wonder what's the best way to go about doing this on the cheap and adding an electric motor what about 500 or 600 horsepower equivalent with a classic look inside now mostly except for new handling suspension and steering any advice you might have I'll take it because obviously I know this is been done a million times by a million bonehead guys with more money than they had sense and I'm somebody who's been working on cars since I was 8 years old so any advice I'll take it thanks

Not a fan of the fairy dust white paint or the '65 style wheels, but it is different, and the workmanship is top shelf goods.

White is a safe color--always looks good on aby fastback IMHO.. This car was rescued from the grave.

Very nice resto but,to be honest,i think you spent so much time covering the rust/frame/body panel repairs that there was hardly any time left to get into more detail about the interior, the engine build, steering, suspension and exhaust fabrication. Should have either cut back on the rust repair part of the video or,made the video a bit longer. I would have liked to see the video be a bit longer,as i enjoyed watching the fantastic job you did of making that body look new again. Just food for thought for the next video you do.

Not a restoration, too many original stock MACH 1 parts missing from the exterior. And I will assume the interior and under the hood are not any different. BUT definitely a well done restomod.

This is a video made only for the builders who did the work. It is tedious and unwatchable for anyone else. The constant one directional movement of close up still images is nauseating and offers no context to anyone but those already familiar with this build. While the results may be nice these builders should not be making RU-vid videos.

Ебать, я думал сначала писочат, а потом варят дыры. Заднюю арку отсверлить полностью вера не позволила? А не по уебански обрезать и варить сплошняком новую. Треш.
