1969 Glastron - Transom Rebuild Highlights 

I recently rebuilt the rotten transom on my 1969 Glastron V176 Swinger Tri-Hull Boat over the course of almost 2 months. These are the highlights.
The process involved separating the top and bottom fiberglass shells, cutting out the rotten transom wood, and rebuilding the new transom in place.
