One other tid bit of trivia on the AAR is the relocation of the radio antennae to the passenger rear quarter due to radio interference because of the fiberglass hood.
Are you 100% positive about the brakes. My friend had a Lemon Twist AAR about 30yrs ago with MANUAL brakes, and manual steering. It was a handful and a half to drive. I think the Fast Ratio PS was possibly the best option on these, other than the 4spd.
I'm not trying to step on anybody's toes here. I had a Duster, a Challenger and a Dart and the speedometer was sooo easy to disconnect an reconnect. So any time you are looking at a 'low miles' Mopar be very wary.
That is suspicious. That and the fact he said it was a replacement hood. If you look carefully at the Trans Am fender tag, it looks like it was painted over rust pits in the tag.
I can't believe you ,you came to the guys house to look at his car and he's mostlikely selling his car for the right price and you are wasting his time
He is Randy Marble, he's used to doing these sort of things, he loves showing off his toys. Notice how good he was on camera? He's had alot of practice
Geez, lots wrong with this car. Rocker panels at pinch weld should be shot with blackout paint, blackout done wrong on the inner fenders, engine is wrong color of orange, air cleaner lid is correct color, wrong rear valance panel, should not have the cutouts, wrong jack should be the solid tri shape one. Just some of the things I saw
