When this came out Facebook was in its infancy. Amazing how accurately they summed up what it came to be. We need a sequel...Vic and Bob describing the Metaverse.
actually old Facebook was amazing, before ads, and rubbish of now days, I have made great friends and we always kept in touch till today, some actually visited me in Rome with thier family, was so cool, now its all angry people, mostly insulting other people, or judge from a photo.. and there were no like or emoji etc, was so simple
@@johnarnold893 I'm not sure, maybe that was in the USA, I got Facebook when I worked in North Africa, then Europe, both were completely different. it was literally about making friends. I assume the culture of people plays big role here. I heard about the initial idea of Facebook, and it shocked me, you are right. but believe it or not no one knows about it at that time at least outside of the USA.
@@johnarnold893 You are talking about a different thing - the original website and it's early use...the person you were replying to was talking about the global branded social media website that it changed into and everyone used for all kinds of different reasons, mostly to just stay in touch with friends. A tree is a tree, it's no longer a seed, and life is strange, sometimes good things can come from junk and vice versa...and sweet things can turn sour. Your brain needs to grow up and get a much more open perspective. People using Facebook back in the day were not misogynists, the website wasn't misogynistic and you're just an idiot who's wrong for want of desperately trying to seem clever. Get off that horse, take off that shining armor and get over yourself.
