well done on that chevelle.build your on. when I was a kid 13or so. I thought a convertible was lighter to. just be in the body panels, for support. not sure. nicely done. an for that 442 .looks nice Linda Vaughn. she was an I con. when I was about 12 or so.on the back offthat 442, standing up holding on to the shifter. thanks for sharing. till next time. have a bless day to all. thanks Mike.

The A-body convertibles were heavier than their hardtop counterparts due to additional bracing of the body and frame, replacing the rigidity lost by removing the top. The '72 Hurst/Olds kit can be built either as a standard 442, or the H/O. It IS a 455, although it could be anything you want...

Anyone know what happened to Allen how come he hasn't posted a video in a long time. Hope nothing happened to him. Hopefully he's still tinkering with model cars
