The inner fenders were all drilled for two tags so that is normal to have one tag with the extra hole.

Strange looking interior color but pretty nice looking... not a common interior color. The paint color is really nice. Pretty cool car for sure.

That's not an uncommon interior color with EL5 Butterscotch. I've seen quite a few more cars with that combo (other Mopars). The interior color is tan. That upper paint looks like GM trunk spatter paint.
