This video will show you the basics on how to install new electrolytic capacitors on most any Fender amp of the Blackface/Silverface era (and even earlier models).
The amp featured in the video, the Super Six, is basically a "Master Volume" Twin or Dual Showman Reverb housed in a 6x10 combo enclosure. Produced from 1972-1979, it was physically the largest amp that Fender made at the time.

A couple of minor things. I believe this amp schematic calls for 20uF/525V even though it looks like Fender shipped 500V. Also, regular silicone, the kind that smells like vinegar, can corrode the components. A better choice is RTV silicone.

I ventured into the comments just to see the whining about IC caps. IC caps are great, I have used them for over 20 years and never seen one blow. Just be sure to select ones with the appropriate voltage rating. The IC caps that come stock in Fender blues deluxes etc die young and this is where a bad rep has emerged. Either the voltage is exceed in these amps or Fender is getting some inferior line in their stock.

Cant believe you are using IC caps in an amp of this quality. I wouldn't be happy with anything less that F&T

Uhhh IC caps are not great caps. ! Better to use F +T.

Ok, these are cheap caps, OK won't last as long as F&T or Sprague but will do the job and will be replaced easily when needed. It's not a bad choice, it's juste a choice.
