I want to see mohawked punk boys wearing tight shiny black PVC trousers! ... I used to buy them from adverts at the back of "NME" and "Sounds!" ... The advert read, "Punk Straights in Shiny Black PVC." You could get them in white PVC too, and with or without zips! ... I'm STILL rocking shiny black PVC trousers today at 60! 👍🤣

Punk died the day the Pistols went on the Grundy show...before the Grundy show it was groundbreaking..Dr. Feelgood, Killburn and the High Roads, The Hot Rods, early Damned, early Pistols, early Clash...after the Grundy show it just became a uniform and a fashion......I would have loved to watch the Pistols in early 76......would I pay to see Eater, the Cortinas or Chelsea in 1977?..no...
@@thomasandersen6719 punk never died. I swear only a music elitist would say that a genre died when there's literally still the same music being made today. All you guys care about is relevancy, that's why you keep saying things "died" when they never really did.
