Today is a very sad day for those who love the Steelers. You never had to have watched him coach, but Chuck Noll still had an impact on the team and you would've heard him mentioned. R.I.P. Chuck Noll, I may not be from there, but even I know that Pittsburgh will never be the same without you.
This invokes thoughts of overnight shifts at Edgar Thompson, trips to the bar afterwards, followed by sessions of domestic violence at home. Also of watching The Deer Hunter, downing boilermakers and Genesee Cream Ale, followed by more domestic violence.
man i live in raleigh NC now grew up in da burgh n just recently moved there is no rich history like this...hell i doubt anyone here even listens to a polka at all!
Hey! This could be the upcoming 2018 and a possible super bowl caliber team for the Steelers. Okay granted this is the training camp and the upcoming preseason right now. But this could be a potential super bowl season. I have to keep my fingers crossed. Either way thanks for playing this song 🏉🇺🇸 And one more thing, RIP Chuck Noll- the head coach that transfer to a powerhouse team of the '70s! And remember as always, we never closed!
Pittsburgh has to be the only town where they play this fight song in a bar and I'd bet half the patrons were not even alive when it came out and maybe 1/4 remember ANY player mentioned--and the place was still rocking. Remember: How many Steeler Fans does it take to change a light bulb? Answer: Four--one to change it and three to talk about how great the old light bulb was!
Finally making the pilgrimage from San Diego to Heinz Field to see The Black N Gold this post season!!! Just gotta hope we beat the Brownies or Baltimore loses. Lets GO STEELERS!!!
San Diego Super Chargers song is 🔥 To bad your dumb fucking owner moved them out of San Diego. The Steelers/Chargers game Sunday night looked like a home game for the Steelers. What a colossal blunder Spanos made. The Chargers have very little fanbase in LA.
Anyone know why this song plays during Groundhog Day celebrations. It’s seems kind of random that a city that far away would use a 1979 football song for that
Oh, the memories!! Those were MY Steelers- pro sports in general, not just football, has taken a huge turn for the worse over the last several years. Too much money has corrupted the game. That's why we see all the doping and guys pretending they're in some (c)rap video. The new atmosphere has caused me to lose interest in pro sports completely.
