I had one of these in the 70's. I loved that bike. It ran forever and it could go anywhere. Lots and lots of fun on it. Sad to say that my parents gave it to my brother when I went into the Air Force in 1980 and he sold it. I almost had a heart attack when I found that out.
A '78 TS125C was my first road bike. Got it as a wrecked field bike at 16, rebuilt it from the frame up and used it to get my full licence just after my 17th birthday. Still got it 30 years later, really awesome little bike.
I had that beautiful bike in the early eighties, great machine.rode it from the salway coast to Glasgow in the dead of night on a few occasions, great memories
I got a '73er for my 16th birthday. Loved it so much and was heartbroken when it was nicked three years later. Didn't ride for 40 years, but now I've got its Big Bro in my garage - a DR650.
My first bike in 1978 in the UK Known as the TS125S over hear - in UK they had chrome mudguards and not up high like your plastic front one - lovely to hear it running again. Thanks

I'm about to pick up a 1975 TS125 Prospector. 400 original miles. It is all original and mint condition. Stored inside it's entire life. It hasn't ran since 1975. The throttle will not turn and I imagine the gas tank needs an internal cleaning. Any suggestions/steps on getting it running?
Hey, I am looking for one of these or similar like a Honda SL 125 or XL 125. The problem is I‘m quite tall like 6‘2 6‘3 … I wonder if a Suzuki TS might be too low for me. Any advice?
Thanks. I finally got it almost done and I'm stuck on reinstalling the throttle cable. Got OEM cable but seems like actual cable isn't long enough on other piece that goes below carb area
I have one of these that my dad gave to me. Are they road legal in the UK, is there any way to find out? It hasn't be started in years but id love to learn how to ride it and take it out again like my dad did. Any tips or advice?
Conor J Birt you gotta make it street legal. take it out wash it check if the tank is rusted take the old fuel out change the transmission oil try to start it and fix it
@@laurik5401 with a RU-vid name like that... How could I not take this advice on board hahaha. Thank you. I will do and I've been saving up a little each week towards a proper service on it.
