This video will tell you guys where I got my fans, what I got them out of and what I'm doing for a shroud. First thing I did was take tons of measurements. Then, had a local sheet metal shop build up the main shroud box out of 18ga sheet steel. Then I made up some tabs and welded on and the video picks up the rest. Got the fans out of a 1999 Ford Taurus with 158k or so miles. Stay tuned because Part 2 will cover assembly and bolt up to the radiator and Part 3 will cover the wire-up to the LS harness.

what did the local sheetmetal shop charge you for the shroud ? im building a turbo v8 colorado on my channel and need to get a custom shroud made for fans

I replied but I don't see it now. I believe the sheetmetal shop made the main part of the shroud for around $35-$40. I cut the holes out and welded mounting tabs on it.
