I’ve received a number of inquirers about the bike - it has been sold. It found a very good home! Someone my age that wanted one when was 16 (my age when I bought it)! 😊👍

Taking it out this last summer brought back the 2 stroke power band thrill as I remembered it. Unfortunately not much land left around here to to enjoy it - and I’m not still 16 (age when I bought it). It was one of several other true trail bikes I owned that got lots more use in the neighboring woods. I never raced the YZ. Then I went away for college a few years later - sold the others and stored the YZ. Now I collect cars...
I wonder how we can speak off the public forum. I dont want to.waste your time.....but could be a buyer in the right price range.. i rode a Suzuki TM 100 your vintage when i was a kid and always dreamed of the yz's

That’s part of the problem. Not sure since there are not many one owner, 100% OEM examples around to help price it. And having owned it since new I’m likely not thinking rationally. 😊 Feel free to throw me an offer.
