They weren't a high end toilet but they weren't bad back in the day.

I just acquired a 1981 Briggs Conserver that has different tank. A customer dropped it off & left it by the dumpster at work. I posted a video of it. Since the video, I threw out the seat, the fill valve , & the flush handle, which were all junk & worn out. I already have replacement parts for it at home. All it needs now is a good cleaning. From what I know so far, these toilets are good, solid performers.

Very nice! I like the old Briggs flush handle, although I've always found those awkward to use being so short.

I had one it didn’t flush very well and it used a lot of water. I replaced it with a kohler highline.

No, I usually turn it off after the video. Sometimes I forget and leave it running but the fill valve shuts it off so I don't have to worry about it.

Hi how u doin' im gonna remodel my bathroom this year and im looking for an older 3.5 gpf toilet... I would prefer an old Plebe or a Cadet.. heck even conserver will be better I don't feel like wasting like 200-300 on a newer toilet from home depot that would often get clogged.. Im gonna buy it Is there a way I can contact u personally at discord.. I have sent u a frnd request there..
