What makes the 1982 a collector edition? Versus all the other 1982 models I'm confused please let me know what options and special things they come with other than the stock
The options were different from a regular 82, the back window opens, electric mirrors, no clock in the gauges instead oil temp gauge and the decals on this one are not stock and neither is the steering wheel, I have one with 34k miles on it and its a lot nicer than this one.
@@toddwilson4297 if you ordered the radio with the digital clock you will get the oil gauge. Base radio without clock you received the clock in the gauges.
I find it interesting that every low mileage Corvette is considered a collector's edition. My friend has a 75 with 165 hp that he thinks is a collector edition too. I think not.
The 1982 corvette is literally called the collectors edition. But your right all other corvettes arent. I think they did make a collectors edition in the last year of the 1996 corvette also but thats about it
