This is my grandpa's 1982 CR 480. He bought it brand new in either '82 or '83, I can't remember. It has some pretty heavy port work done to it and other than that, I think it's pretty much stock. It's a super reliable bike, he's never had to do anything to it besides oil changes and air filter cleanings. It's a lot of fun. I only weigh about 135 pounds, so I cannot keep the front end down even in 4th gear (it only has 4). And that's sitting on the tank. It has drum brakes and the chain is on the wrong side - same side as the break. The breaks actually work pretty well for drum breaks.
