Wow., at minute 2:07 they're talking to Kenny Tremont., and was the driver that I was installing and maintaining all of his 2-Way Radio equipment (as Klein Communications) I believe somewhere in the mid 1990's when Guy Madsen, owner of "Madsen Overhead Doors" was one of his biggest sponsors, as I serviced all the 2-Way equipment on Guy Madsen's service vehicles. Also, sometime in the late 90s (or ealy 2000s.?) was when I designed, built and installed a low-power FM transmitter for the roof of the Dragway control-tower, so that everyone, whether in the "line-up" or in the parking areas (to far from the PA speaker-system to hear clearly) could easily listen-in (on their car radio) and keep-track of what was going on from the tower announcer. It was set to 107.3 FM (quite close to the Country music station, 107.7) Does anyone know if that system is still in operation.?? I used to live only 2 miles East of Howard Commander's track (a few turns in from Adams Crossing Rd) and helped-out Don Kline, Howard's right-hand-man for many years, before I left the area to move to north-central West "by God" Virginia.
