I dont know what yall talking bout this is one of my favorite tracks Term & Statik have put out recently this shit sounds like real hip hop I'm not sure where you people hear drake in there at all.. STOP HATING SHOW LOVE these cats are doin they thing
I never understood why people got mad when an underground MC makes a fun, party record. it's not like that's all they're gonna do now and sell out like that. who doesn't like to have fun once in awhile?
stop the fucking hate! this track is dope it just makes u move and feel good about yourself, the album's gonna be dope to, there ain't no drake shit on it. only term's lyrics, some artists are doing hooks. but most of it is gonna be strictly term!
I worried about chu gurl im tryn party... you can go do your thang don't even call me...I've told that to a few of my skeezas... and they always come back..yes sir!!!
dope song, dno why y'all are getting all angry n shit its good to change up your style its a good party song that does the job thats it he doesnt have to make serious songs every fuckin time!
that's true but back then he did tracks about "street life" and the "hood". he was all about nas and keepin it real and shit. now he's saying he's just a regular guy, chillin an gettin high... see the difference?
yo why hate make a dope record and then compare all these dudes you mention including my dude termanology kills it and makes a living on their art. honestly these rappers you are mentioning are the new generation of rappers if you hate it don't comment on it. listen to meaningless hipster music where the lyrics don't make any sense don't hate compete and then see what people say
nothing wrong with this song dude!!! yea shits poppy but that doesnt matter if its done right, to compare this to drake is a little extreme shits got a dope beat a nice hook and term fuckin flows so yea he actually raps in this shit unlike drake who moans over beats, its just a party jam.
All the Drake comparisons need to stop. This beat, term's flow, and video are as far from commercial as can be. This is just feel good music at its finest.
LOVED the first album but I do not like this whole "trying to reach out to the Drake audience" at all. That "Rap and Bitches" song was bad enough but now this!?! At least Reks didn't go all Drizzy Drake on us with Straight, No Chaser. That album is great.
Why would anyone want to rap like mac miller LOL I feel sorry for these kids who think they like hip hop while listening to wayne, wiz khalifa and mac miller etc. You might aswell be listening to rebecca black.....
i suggest you do your fuckin research homie term has been around for years dude better do some homework and look at his stuff with premo...looks like someones jumping on the "i think i know hip hop" train
@thechameleon2010 Could you write that out again in english, it doesnt make any sense. I think im allowed to hate on crap rappers on a term video if i want, dont front like you know about term if you listen to wayne and mac miller or have any respect for them....they are crap like all of cash money and pretty much the entire south and any rap in the charts.
I don't know man, I'm a big fan of 1982 but I just don't like anything about this song. I think it feels forced as if they're aiming for college kids/Drake and Mac Miller fans with all the weed, alcohol, and Facebook references. It doesn't feel natural at all. I understand it's a party song but I just don't think it's a very good one. Listen to Common-"Celebrate". That's a much much better song in my opinion.
