Nice work on the Suzuki, just a suggestion but on a lengthy project like this consider preparing adequate work space so you don’t have to prematurely wear out your back and knees working on the damn ground…..the 50 year old you will appreciate it-
Good job. I just picked up a beat up Fa50, it runs decently I just need to repair the cosmetics. How fast does yours go? Mine tops out at 20mph. Im hoping it could hit 30mph
Similar to mine, the rear tire just need to be “trued” basically some spokes may be loose and need to be tightened, the rim may be slightly out of alignment also. Local shop should be able to sort that out no problem 😊
I'm in Tacoma near point defiance. I have an fa 50 and 2 yamaha qt50's, one is like new, it won an award a few weeks ago. Get in touch an we'll do a loop around 5 mile drive point defiance. Lots of places to ride here. I'm registered and legal to own my lane.
Hey I'm in Auburn and working on getting an fa50 running right now But a restored Honda Express last year and fell in love with it but unfortunately it got it got stolen. Right now I'm working on getting this running hopefully by summer but I'm pretty inexperienced as I said never had any scooter or anything before the Honda and could use some guidance haha
Also was wondering if you knew where to get any wheels locally although wheels and tubes I found online seem pretty spendy is that standard price though? About 100 bucks? They are odd size I'm noticing lol
