Buzz didn't get resigned to go to WCW and forced to stay in Mid-Atlantic after this. Barry Darsow went to WCW and was horrible so Crockett sent him back to Mid-Atlantic where he became a sourpuss and went to work for Vince. Which is why Darsow always bash the NWA. Ernie Ladd called him on his nonsense in Mid-South. Cornett's favorite moment backstage.
