Grizzly Smith was a back office man for the Crockett's so since his old boy Jake the Snake was so over Grizzly got the Crockett's to use 2nd son Sam Houston & daughter Rockin Robin. Sam Houston's marriage to Baby Doll killed both of theirs carreers in JCP so Jake, Sam & Robin all moved on to the WWE

As far as I can find doing research not directly, but considering that from the 50's on a lot of wrestlers had affairs, non marriage relationships and a lot of causal sex anything is possible.
