This is the complete game day program from the 10th Anniversary game of the Philadelphia Daily News City All-Star Football game played on April 8, 1984 at Northeast High School's Charlie Martin Memorial Stadium in Philadelphia. The program features the players from both the Public and Non-Public teams and was published to RU-vid on the 40th anniversary of the game. The Philadelphia Daily News City All-Star Football game was also sponsored by the Philadelphia Eagles and was established in 1975 to showcase the talents of high school football players from the city of Philadelphia.
