1984 Technics CD Player 

yeah, and cd's actually came out another 2 full years before even this technics player came out, imagine that!

I got my first player in ‘86, and hardly anyone I knew had one. It was difficult to get discs then and the selection was very limited.

I believe my dad got his in 1991, and that was a Technics. Now, 30 years later, it still works.

I have an SL-PS 900 Which I got back in 1992 and it still works perfectly today.
