Very neat! I’ve spent a fair amount of time using an ‘83 CJ-7 to hunt muleys and pronghorn in and around my uncle’s ranch. It would drive a great many places; some of which we had no business going!
I think that the new Ford Bronco has come close to replicating the mystique of this vehicle from this era. It looks like a simple bulky vehicle that is dependable. However, My heart will always be with the second generation CJ (19878sh-1985sh).
Bought a new CJ-7 in '84. After 348K trouble free miles I sold it. Had to knee problems it was getting to hard to clutch the gears. Mine was a 5 speed/aloy trans case get the 4 speed as it comes with an iron box, stronger. Paid $8200, sold it for $7500. Just tires, batteries and a few radiators and the occasional brake job. One great truck. The ones sold today don't hold a candle to the old ones as they are just chick trucks so people can look cool after they spend $30-$40K for marketing on a piece of crap.
Well...in this case personally speaking perhaps can make up that !!! Just take a good look at the condition of this beauty !!! On top of that her style is first class !!! Of course her painting job is questionable but I think is decent enough !!! But then again this is personal gusto & opinion !!!now the owner demand 33 k .now if can make up that it's because it's so goooooddddd!!! Everything depends on that !!! Good luck !!!
$33,000 !? Get real, that's crazy talk. Bad color change paint job. The firewall is still brown with overspray, at least hit it with rattler can black for 33 grand. I'll bet you bought it for under 15.
I see electrical wiring Gremlins. Does it have a trac lock axle? Yeah the respray. No tachometer. A shackle lift really? What about a hardtop? Not original Style doors. Talk to Dennis I'm sure he'll shoot you down.
Those Weber carbs are crap on this engine. Get a 2100 Motorcraft, you will not believe the difference!! Never mentioned the 85/86 Cj7's had galvanized tubs!
Kkkkkkkkkkkkkkk bem de fresco mesmo ,,,,, quero ver esse Nutella entrar onde vai o meu kkkkkkkkkkkkkkk nunca mais e ar condicionado vai funcionar na vida
