1986 Nauticat 33 "5-Minute Walkthrough" 

Nauticat 33s are awesome motor sailors for around the PNW. Perfect size for gunkholing in small anchorages and sturdy enough for a passage up to Alaska. This one sold a while ago, but similar boats can be picked for around $100K CAD. Cheers

I believe the 33 has access into the pilothouse from the deck on either side. There is a convertible seat that folds out of the way.
