I haven't watched Neighbours for nearly 30 years but the younger generation will never understand how massive this show was and what a big part of life it was growing up in the late 80s, early 90s.. Thank you for the memories.

This is strange yet wholesome. We forget that england was absolutely obsessed with neighbours in the 80s and this is a wonderful window into that. The cast are all so intelligent and thoughtful with their answers and it really was a golden era in Australian television.

I love how they asked about Max Ramsay and the cast were squirming awkwardly. Max was sacked as he was causing problems though they were true professionals and didn't mention it

Fantastic. I was looking for this very interview, and see it was uploaded just a few days back. I saw this interview at the time. I must have had the day off school. Watching at the time, I guessed Kylie and Jason were likely a real life item. I also noticed Danny Ramsay wasn't there, and wondered what was going on, there. Of course Shane Ramsay wasn't, either (but both were still in the UK run).

Myra de Groot is English Cockney born in London and Guy Pearce Born in ELY Cambridgeshire UK. Same with many others born in the UK Mrs Mangel Born in the UK , Daphne Born in Scotland, Jackie Woodbourne in Ireland. Benji Mcnair plays Malcom Kennedy Born in London UK.

Wow! I’ve never seen them like this, outside of playing their characters 😂❤ so weird and amazing 😯😂 Myra de Groot seemed animated and lively as herself too:) I love this clip, you can see how close the cast were and it showed in their acting. Some of the other cast members maybe had left or weren’t there at the time or were there but not in this interview. Wish we could have seen Daphne Zoe davis max uncle tom Lucy Danny Shane Harold mangle, Jane, Nikki Dennison Laura Dennison…. Charlene’s bro Henry and grandparents, the list goes on…. I’d always wanted this type of footage of the old cast out of the scenes 🌟 it’s not as weird with K and J because I’ve seen many interviews with them from those times. love the way how Jim is next to Paul Scott together with Charlene and the best is seeing Eileen next to her Desmond😂At the very beginning you can see her holding on to him like a dear mother😂 I really wish most of all that Vivean Gray could have been there😂😂 I’ve always wanted to see this type of footage thank you for uploading.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ there are actually other vids of cast members of the 80s, but this is the best, partly cuz Myra De Groot is there!!!
