Those third generation Chevrolet & GMC C/K series pickups were built from 1973 through 1991, except 1987 was the last year for the half ton & three quarter ton regular cabs, & 1989 for the one ton regular cabs. Also in 1987, the C/K series was changed to R/V series & was the first year for fuel injected gasoline motors too.
