Rev bounce is often times a misadjusted tps. Try to get that adjusted plus clean the throttle body. That should help

It actually is a tell tale sign of low coolant as well. This ENTIRE problem was likely low coolant. Pretty simple fix. We'll have a jug of 50/50 with us from now on.
